Learning and growth play a significant role in Prior + Partners’ culture, and it gives us great pride to announce two senior promotions from within our 100 strong multi-discipline team.
Bringing 15 years’ experience in large scale urban masterplanning, urban design and architecture, Hazel McGregor, has been promoted to Masterplanning Director. Her experience ranges from culturally led, regeneration projects in the UK, to internationally recognised regional strategies, including in Jeddah, Riyadh, AlUla, and Al Ahsa. A RIBA and ARB registered Architect, Hazel is an expert in planning policy and strategy, and brings a passion and specialism for heritage focused projects, sitting as a member and former UK trustee (2021-23) of ICOMOS.
An instrumental figure in the success of numerous Prior + Partner’s projects including for Google at Moffett Park in California and in the UK at Bristol Temple Quarter, Urban Designer Sheila Esteve now takes the position of Associate Director. With a particular interest in exploring the relationship between the built environment and the urban climate, Sheila brings experience in city-scale masterplanning, placemaking strategies and the development of long-term visions.
