Last week saw the launch of the ‘SW Herts Digital Place Portrait’, an interactive map and dashboard that integrates over 95 data sets to provide a comprehensive view of South West Hertfordshire’s social, economic, and environmental characteristics.
User-friendly and accessible to all, this tool is designed to foster a deeper understanding of the area and provide a critical backdrop to discussions to advance a Joint Strategic Plan for the area.
The dashboard will enable stakeholders and community members to make informed decisions and shape the region’s sustainable growth, focused around environment, economy, people, places, movement and infrastructure.
Prior + Partners have developed this innovative way to access and understand key datasets and spatial insights in collaboration with the South West Hertfordshire Authorities and the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC), and funded through a PropTech grant from Digital Planning UK Gov.
You can access the Digital Portrait here.
As a planning and design practice with integrated spatial data and analytics expertise, Prior + Partners is committed to innovation in planning and is proud to contribute to the digital transformation of the sector.
