As the Practice Project Manager, my primary focus is to oversee and maintain the operational and financial life of all the projects at Prior + Partners.
With a background in Sales and Account Management, I went on to pursue additional qualifications in Finance; as it turns out I love processes, crunching numbers and making money. I have worked in the urban design and planning industry for ten years, and have thoroughly enjoyed the journey working with amazing teams and on fantastic projects. My success lies in breaking down the technical jargon into comprehensive bite size pieces, whilst mitigating financial risk and increasing profits on projects.
I am passionate about excel spreadsheets, enjoying analysing schedules and verifying formulas to ensure against anomalies. I also love baking brownies, really gooey ones!
