As an Urban Designer, I aim to make urban spaces friendly for people, through thinking about how we walk, see, and experience space in our daily life.
In every stage of a project, I focus on the future users and their experience. I am particularly interested in the conceptual thinking and storytelling, using drawings to communicate ideas clearly.
In Moffett Park, we worked with clients, consultants, and the city authorities on a plan to transform an existing car-oriented office campus into a mixed-use, walkable neighbourhood. A place where people can walk to their workplace, markets, schools, parks, and homes. I hope that projects like Moffett Park can be pivotal examples of urban transformations with long-lasting impacts on the way we live and the way we approach urban design.
